Birth trauma can affect people in many different ways.
You may find yourself replaying parts of your birth experience, feeling emotionally overwhelmed by reminders, struggling to talk about what happened, experiencing intrusive thoughts, nightmares, anxiety, panic, or feeling constantly “on alert.”
Sometimes people say:
You do not have to continue carrying this alone.
Rewind therapy is a gentle, trauma-focused approach designed to reduce the emotional intensity of traumatic memories without requiring you to repeatedly retell or relive the experience in detail.
Many people find this approach feels safer and less overwhelming than traditional trauma processing therapies.

Sessions are calm, paced carefully, and always guided collaboratively.

If you’d like to arrange trauma therapy or book a free initial conversation, you’re welcome to get in touch via the contact page.
If you’re unsure whether trauma therapy, counselling or a birth debrief would be most helpful, we can explore this together.
Many people worry they will always feel this way.
Trauma therapy cannot erase what happened, but it can help reduce the emotional distress attached to the memories, allowing you to feel calmer, more present, and more able to move forward.
