Individual counselling offers a confidential, supportive space to explore whatever you’re carrying — whether that’s anxiety, trauma, birth experiences, identity, relationships, or life transitions.
Sessions last 60 or 90 minutes
Couples counselling provides space to explore communication, connection, conflict, intimacy, and change, with care for both partners’ experiences and the relationship as a whole.
Birth debrief sessions provide space to talk through your pregnancy, birth, or postnatal experience in a safe, compassionate, non-judgemental way.
